1. Subscription Cancellations:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made prior to the shipping date of the next letter to avoid being charged for that month. If a cancellation is made after the shipping date, the cancellation will take effect the following month. -

2. Refunds for Non-Delivery:
If your letter fails to arrive, we will gladly issue a full refund or re-send the missed letter, depending on your preference. Please allow for standard postal delays before requesting a refund for non-delivery. -

3. Damaged or Incomplete Orders:
If your letter or any included items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement letter or offer a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. -

4. No Refunds on Delivered Letters:
We are unable to offer refunds on letters that have been delivered as intended. However, if you are unhappy with the service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve any issues. -

5. Gift Subscriptions:
Refunds for gift subscriptions are handled in accordance with the same policies as regular subscriptions. The recipient may also transfer the remainder of the subscription if they choose not to continue receiving letters.
